Architecture & Real Estate Translation
Technical specifications, planning applications, property documentation, design narratives, and real estate investment materials for architects, developers, and property professionals.
About this service
Architecture and real estate translation covers two quite different types of content. Technical architectural documentation is precise, domain-specific, and often regulatory-facing: drawings, specifications, planning applications, building regulations compliance reports, tender documents, and construction contracts. Real estate content for marketing and investment purposes is a different register entirely: property listings, investment prospectuses, market reports, and promotional copy for international buyers. We translate both. Our architectural translators have professional backgrounds in architecture, urban planning, civil engineering, or construction management. They are familiar with European building standards and construction terminology across French, English, German, Italian and Spanish. For real estate marketing and investment content, we apply the appropriate tone for the target market and for the level of buyer: a description of a Parisian apartment for a high-net-worth London buyer reads differently from a specification sheet for a construction procurement team.
