Refund Policy
1. Our commitment
We stand behind every translation we deliver. If there is a genuine accuracy problem, we will correct it or issue a refund as appropriate.
2. Correction period
7 calendar days from delivery. Submit to hello@seek4translators.com identifying specific inaccuracies. We respond within 1 business day and complete corrections within 3 business days.
3. Full refund conditions
- We cannot deliver within the agreed timeline and work has not yet begun
- Delivered work contains systematic inaccuracies throughout, verified by our QA review
- Content does not match the agreed language pair or project scope
4. Partial refund
Partial refund may apply where delivery is significantly delayed beyond the agreed date, or specific sections contain substantive errors we cannot correct on a second attempt.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after project work has commenced
- Stylistic preferences that do not contradict the source text
- Source document changes made after the project start
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery
6. How to request
Email hello@seek4translators.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Approved refunds returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Consumer rights
Your statutory rights under French and EU consumer law (Code de la consommation, Directive 2011/83/EU) are not affected by this policy.
